Blake Heron's Profile

I am a Charleston Realtor with eXp Realty and the founder of Heron Homes. Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in Charleston restaurants and bars, from high volume bartending to running kitchens and bars downtown and in West Ashley. Hospitality taught me to listen first, stay calm under pressure and catch the details other people miss, and that is how I run every deal.

I work with buyers and sellers from West Ashley, where I live, to downtown, James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island and Sullivan’s Island, plus new construction across the region. Every conversation starts with real Charleston MLS numbers, never a guess or a Zillow estimate.

“He answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. He has helped us sell our previous home and buy our beautiful new home.” Samantha B., West Ashley

If you are thinking about selling, send me what Zillow or ChatGPT says your home is worth, and I will check it against what homes near you actually sold for.
