Daniel Walker's Profile

Born and raised in Georgia, Daniel spent his life vacationing on the beaches of NW Florida. After graduating college with a marketing and sales degree, Daniel spent time in the financial planning industry along with several years in the mortgage industry. Being a real estate investor himself, Daniel moved to the coast to sell real estate in 2011, where he found immediate success. In his first year, Daniel sold 40 properties, earning Rookie of the Year. Over the past 12 years, Daniel has managed and been the leader of teams of all sizes, with his highest priority to put the customer's needs above his own. Helping his customers achieve their dreams of owning a vacation home or a high yielding real estate investment is what keeps his drive for this business alive.
Daniel is an avid traveler and extreme hiking fan. Recently opening up another location in Colorado, he is now working his dream of selling beach houses and mountain houses! While being in two locations at once is not easy and can only be done with a team in both locations, Daniel has perfected his craft and embraces the opportunities and new friendships ahead!
